"Thanks to Erich and Suzy for making our short stay as cozy as possible and helping us figure out plans. Between plane delays and terribly rainy weather, our volcano visit was mostly a washout. But the rooms were very cute, the nice big bathroom was helpful to have with all 4 of us, and the breakfast was delish. Thanks again!"

"A beautiful property with lush plants and trees, the Turtle Apt is a fantastic deal for the Big Island. It’s located near good restaurants, shopping, groceries, and gas, and is a relatively short drive from Hilo. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. Just remember to bring some good plugs. "The house was nice and just like it was pictured. The frogs are loud so if you have trouble with outdoor noise that could be an issue. We had no problem. The windows in the upstairs bathroom are a little odd with them being so exposed. There is no curtain for the windows. The street between the house and the ocean can get active with people.
