"Loved the quiet and lanai on lagoon. The apartment was clean but the apartment complex is old with much weather damage. Beds are comfortable in small rooms. Property Manager was quick to respond to questions. Good info on how to find parking lot and get into apartment. Close to restaurants. Thank you. "

"My friend and I had an excellent stay at Kepi and Jim’s Honuhale. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location for doing lots of things on the east side of the island. I would return with my family (young kids) for sure. They also have a couple of other suites that can be rented if you had a bigger group. Their gardens are so beautiful! They have a great light set up for once it gets dark too. It makes the whole place feel quite magical. The hosts were friendly and helpful.Thank you! "

"Living room was extremely hot in the afternoon. Parking is very limited. Right off of a main road. Underneath neighbors pounded on the floor if us heavy set people walked too hard. My daughter slipped and fell and was crying so they pounded again scaring us. Shower had no pressure. The rooms were nice and cool with portable ac units, beds comfy. Owner was very kind and great with communication. The ring on the door made us a little uncomfortable but it’s understandable to have. Wouldn’t choose...

"The Pacifica Inn is just a few minutes from the Volcano National Park and part of a great little neighborhood. Even though in a neighborhood, it feels very secluded and in your own little tropical forest. We stayed in the Gecko and Volcano rooms. I feel this is a best option when you are traveling with friends and/or another couple to have your own spaces ... but still in the same building/property. Communication with the host was great!"

"This property has a beautiful property and garden. The place is nice and bright and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and vacation. The outside shared deck was lovely to eat breakfast and dinner at. My kids loved the geckos everywhere and tried to find the frogs that sing at night."

"The space was organic and lovely for my partner and I. The night skies were so beautiful due to the lack of light pollution and the property had access to the ocean across an interesting lava flow. Definitely a unique and wonderful location. People in the community were very friendly as well. Would recommend this location for adults wishing a romantic, peaceful, beautiful environment. "
