"We love the rooms. The floors were very quiet We were super close to good restaurants. And we love to kick back in the lounge. I think the beds were really comfortable, More so than normal. My wife didn’t want to get up. Must of all we made some amazing family memories, And we would like to go back. Just a wonderful stay a good experience. The hotel is wonderful with children. They have a lot of respect for families. Good people behind the desk and when we needed some, they answered the phone. Parking is very easy there. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is your place. If you’re looking for a place to take your family, Hill love how your family is treated. "

"A great, clean, functional room in great location. Has small kitchenette in the room which was great and the bed was so comfortable. There is no lift or air-con but not needed, the fans and ocean breeze were perfect. Awesome location with fantastic views, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Will be back!!"

"The place was great. Very clean and very new. The location isn’t very close to any shops so it’s a bit of a drive if you need anything, but still only 15 minutes from Hilo. Holly was a very nice and helpful host. The only downfall is that the kitchen doesn’t have a stove for cooking. It could really benefit from a portable stovetop to allow home-cooked meals. But other than that, it was lovely! "

"We really liked that they are self-sufficient, they produce their own electricity using the waterfall in the picture. There we can grab bananas from trees, the dining terrace has a nice view of the waterfall and lush vegetation around. We missed (a little) an air conditioning system in the room and it is hard to get there without a rental car. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Very convenient spot to swim the turtles by driving for a few minutes towards the airport, a great breakfast with fruits and homemade cakes, overall a very good deal if you enjoy staying in a vintage building with a bit reduced comfort"
