"We are local residents and needed a place to stay while repairs were done at our home. We chose this cottage as it was nearby and convenient for us. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. We did call the property manager once during our stay - the battery in the smoke detector died and needed replacement. "Great yard and neighborhood for this vacation rental. However inside the rental needs a deep cleaning and new kitchen supplies. Even the potato peeler was broken. The nonstick pans were old and probably have the older unhealthy coating. The furniture on the decks was comfortable but the inside couch and chairs were not.we did enjoy our stay despite these things."

We enjoyed walking the property looking at the plants, birds, goats, chickens & view of the ocean. Our hosts had thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with some staples that were helpful, including fresh eggs and some chocolates. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast on one of the two patios/decks. "
