"Our room was clean. Other parts of property weren’t clean like elevator floor— lots of food crumbs all over but minor over all. Didn’t use elevator much as stairs were faster. And while the room was clean and bed pretty comfortable, some of the room appeared to be needing some attention ( trim paint & some wall cleaning needed around light switches and door handles- but minor overall) We were pleasantly surprised with an 3rd floor ocean view upgrade - previously assigned a parking lot view. ...

"Excellent experience surrounded by nature in a at home environment. I enjoyed petting the lovely cats and sitting around in the gardens and pool side looking at the roosters and peacocks. I will definitely come again!"
