"It’s a small little hotel right on the beach. The views of the ocean are amazing. They have free continental breakfast and the pool is nice. Would be prefect if they had a hot tub. There is a restaurant onsite that opens for dinner. Food was good. There’s plenty of shopping nearby. Safeway is across the street and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. "Excellent beach for a morning (or afternoon, or evening) ocean swims with plenty of seating options for hotel guests. Towel service was very handy, bikes convenient for short jaunts into Kapa’a, lawn games fun for the family, and poolside amenities very tidy. We loved the 70’s vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well organized and evening phosphorescence a huge bonus. Was also a great location for visiting the south or north shore without taking up too much driving time....
