"Front desk lady were very nice and helpful. I got a nice ocean front room. It was a bit old but clean. Nice surroundings and very close to a lot of stores, bicycle trail, restaurants and food trucks. Complementary bicycles and free parking were nice. I felt like i got more free ammenities (towels, bicycle and parking) and better service than the Hilton Garden Inn we stayed after. "

"lovely peaceful old world place. Beautiful grounds. If you are looking for the antithesis of the high rise tourist hotel, this is it! The black sand beach is great for walking or riding horseback, but not swimable. ( the pool is popular) We loved sitting on our porch in the morning looking at the ocean hearing the birds.
