Lots of food and transport options around. Free drink in the evening which was a nice addition. Our room had a beautiful view over the West of Kyoto and the mountains which was lovely especially at sunset. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this small, beautiful ryokan. They are in a quiet neighborhood next to a school so it was fun to see the kids on the playground when we came back in the afternoon. The ryokan is clean and very well maintained with a large cypress bathtub and a calming library with books, a go board, couches and even a small secluded area with a couch and sitting chair. "-6/10 -Hotel was walking distance from the day and night life parts of Kyoto. -Lots of parking around the hotel of you decide to rent a car. -Hotel has two washers and 2 dryers.
