"A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. "Very poor experience with the hotel. The rooms was very dirty and you can see the dust all over. The washrooms were very bad and dirty, seems like no one cleans it properly. Even after requesting non-smoking room, they gave me a smoking room and said no more rooms available after complaining. Will recommend this to any of my friends or family member."

"Despite having a valid booking the property did not allow us to check in. They would not accept British passports and kept insisting for Indian ID (we are not Indian citizens). The receptionist, an Indian man, was rude, aggressive and made us as two women feel very unsafe. We were not able to check in and I am pursuing a refund via Expedia. Please avoid at all costs. "
