Overall good with access of alpha mall. Room was a slight bit small but still good n clean. Though they offered us welcome tea after we asked but this is the only thing we missed is that they should offer complementary morning tea(without buying breakfast) at least twice a day when you spend this much amount as other hotels. Convenient location as right near the alpha mall. Service was good. Check in was quick. Rooms were definately not 5*. We had two rooms. 1615 had a leaning side table made from marble. I mean how ia that even possible. Breakfast was lush but service could have been quicker and more effecient. Would atay again due to location.
