"With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good."

"totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing"

"A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories. Nice choice of food at breakfast and also ala cart during the day. "
