"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...

"Mentioned that we were arriving on my wife's birthday and we were delighted to find the room beautifully decorated with flowers wishing happy birthday and a special cake for her which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is very centrally located next to a large shopping mall so convenient for shopping or food options. The room was excellent, and staff very attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back again."
