This is probably the least comfortable Hyatt I’ve ever used. The hotel room did not have that cleansed feel to it. There was always a kind of odour that was akin to wet rot. As for the restaurants, the options were very limited. The staff was really great and helpful and friendly. The property was really the disappointment.

I didn’t realise it was not close to any shopping areas and it was frustrating that so many functions are held each day. So each day you’re sharing space with guests attending functions. So limited access to gym, restaurants (you need to be at breakfast by 8am before it’s filled up). During breakfast, proper cutlery such as knives are not given which is annoying and then wait for staff to get all cutlery. It should be all set on the tables.

I was visiting from overseas, in past few years I stayed in couple of Hotels in Mumbai but as compare to other this one I found quite high. Nice and clean room. Very curious staff. Very friendly.
