"totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing"

"With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good."

"Room was too small to accommodate three adults. Hotel does not dining facility. The arrange food (lunch / dinner) from outside restaurants. While Hotel allows 24 hours check-out if booked at Over-the-counter, it is 12 noon when booked from online portal. Biggest drawback of online booking."
