"The hotel is a standard facility if you are looking for a place to sleep , management is great but the F&B is very much below average, I was disappointed with the breakfast and the F&B staff are not trained at all. "We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

If I am coming from abroad and staying at a hotel then I am going to expect family to come and visit me especially if I am disabled with limited mobility. "It was inexpensive but can find much better for the same cost in India. This hotel is very bad. Front desk was disorganized and seemed to not have our booking. At the end they tried charging again for the room when we had prepaid with expedia. The rooms were super smelly like moth balls, the bathroom very mouldy, and paint was peeling on walls. Room with a view meant a view of the monorail which was right out our window (and looking at the station)."

"At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was very dirty.The toilet seat was broken. The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn. We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel. The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use.
