"Convenient location as right near the alpha mall. Service was good. Check in was quick. Rooms were definately not 5*. We had two rooms. 1615 had a leaning side table made from marble. "We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

They tried to separate 2 rooms (1 family) on separate floors saying thats the only way they can assign rooms. Bedsheets were torn and wore out. Towels were not properly washed. Breakfast was mediocre. "

"The hotel is a standard facility if you are looking for a place to sleep , management is great but the F&B is very much below average, I was disappointed with the breakfast and the F&B staff are not trained at all.
