"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. "Good location. Wonderful courtyard and breakfast. Very disappointed with the room - it felt like we had been dumped in the cellar. It was in the back corner, behind the small kitchen that is behind the dining room. It was very dark as it opened out onto the street via an iron gate with dreadful views of graffiti and weeds. We keep the inner door closed so we had no windows. Silly to say it had a terrace. We asked for another room but we were told they were full - although the number of...

"Concierge was very friendly and helpful. I was quite jet lagged and the room was comfortable and very dark evening during the day so I was able to sleep well. The breakfast on the rooftop was gorgeous. Highly recommend "
