"Mateo was excellent in communicating with me before coming over because I was going to be late. Siriana and Maria Laura were all so helpful during my whole stay and made my stay very pleasant throughout the 5 days I stayed at Bastione Spasimo, I would only suggest that the cleaning staff would clean the bathroom floor every day."

We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. "Very unique experience staying here! The room was bigger than expected with a personal bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, helped us carry luggage on and off and prepared a very nice breakfast every morning. The front of the boat had a beautiful area to sit and lounge outside. Parking free at the dock, and staff always assisted with opening/closing the dock gait for us. Would definitely recommend for travelers!"
