"Our airplane was delayed several hours into Palermo and our host was very accommodating to wait on us and then help us find parking. The apartment was as advertised. It was a great location and once we parked our car, we went everywhere on foot. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities and there were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. This wasn’t the Four Seasons hotel, but it was a great value and had everything we needed for our 2 nights in Palermo."

"What a wonderful little apartment in the heart of Palermo! We were really impressed with how close this place was to the Balaro market as well as Via Maqueda. Massimo was a wonderful host and the kitchen is well equipped - we made a nice pot of soup with veggies from the market! The beds are large, which is harder to find in Italy. We’d definitely stay here again! "

"Massimo is a charming and helpful host, the apartment is just lovely, and very well equipped. The little terrace high above the pedestrian street is great for hanging out. The only possible caveat is the stairs to the fourth floor - but so worth the climb! We loved it and would definitely stay there again if we were going to Palermo!"

"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...
