"Excellent and great value hotel right in the centre of Palermo. Very good staff. I had a comfortable single room with ensuite bathroom with a good shower. Amazingly quiet for the centre of the city. Good breakfast."

"Great location and super breakfast with great views towards the mountains from restaurant balcony. Had room just below on 3 floor with great views from back of hotel over the rooftops. Room was plainly decorated but great space and good sized bathroom. No uk TV channels, only Italian! This was only downside, but internet was good if you bring your own laptop. Could do with kettle and tea facilities also. "

"From check-in to check-out…superb service. Asked about a taxi for airport departure during checkin. Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa experiences but reasonably priced. Yes, we would definitely stay again!"
