"This hotel was a fantastic find! In the heart of Palermo within walking distance to almost everything you would want to see or do. Short walk to the bus/train station for day trips or excursions. Elevator was accessible. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of shopping and eating just steps outside of the door. Perfect location. "The hotel is old and funky. Rooms are adequate, but not as advertised. The room was advertised on Hotels.com as with a desk and WiFi in the room. It had neither and the Alessandra manager was very unapologetic nor helpful at all about these misleading claims. The hotel is also on the THIRD floor (not second floor) with NO Elevator.
