"Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna. "

"A lovely hotel, well connected by train and tram to the airport, and perfectly situated for many of the city’s sights, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the state opera house. Our room was large, modern, and well equipped, and breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold, and sweet and savoury options. Reception staff were also very friendly hand helpful. We would definitely stay again"

"The hotel is a little dated, but everything in the room was spotless and worked well. I liked the firm mattress, but the pillows and duvets were very flimsy. Breakfast was good and had lots of options, even for the picky eaters in our group. "
