"This is Makkah's hidden gem for a busy time of the year, like the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan . If you do not mind the patient of the well run transportation to and from haram - which understandably because of volume of people tests your patience even as it is safe - this is one of the best places you can stay in Makkah in my experience. Customer service is top notch and the hotel is clean and the management very proactive. They use social media well and got in touch with me even before I arrived to confirm my arrival and confirm my checked in ahead of time. Very smooth. They have a very good musallah - clean and a very good buffet. Very satisfied with the stay. I'd be coming back with family in shaa Allah"

"The hotel and staff were absolutely FANTASTIC! I totally recommend it. We were in Ramadan so it was very crowded and difficult to get into the Haram for Omra as they blocked the nearest entry point from the hotel to the haram. It would take about half an hour to get in. In other days I would assume it’s a lot easier. The hotel rooms and facilities are so well thought out and absolutely beautiful. We are full board at the hotel and the food was incredible. "

"I liked everything about this property. Easy access your taxi can drop you off directly at the hotel lobby no matter what time of the day unlike other hotels during Ramadan. Specious, family friendly, dining experience, cuisine was just wonderful. Made out Umrah during the Ramadan really relaxing and comforting. I am definitely coming back next year Inshallah. "
