"We needed a quiet adult getaway and found this beautiful boutique hotel on here!! Couples only & all inclusive. I always wanted a swim up suite & it didn’t disappoint in any way. We had the hydrotherapy 30 min session & added the three upgrades. It was worth every minute & penny spent. The most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Regina was amazing and explained every step of the hydrotherapy part. One day we never left the room! Stayed outside in the sun or shade all day & ordered room service, which is available 24/7!! Food was great and the staff is amazing. "

"We had a great family spring break stay. We had a star class swim up room that we loved. Our butler was Oscar and he was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday and Oscar went above and beyond with extras. We hung out at star class pool daily and Jody was our server. She did amazing, always had a fresh drink in our hand. We loved the Beach, lazy river and much more. Definitely upgrade to star class. "

"Incredible time, staff were so professional and kind, never had to wait around for anything. Preferred club was well worth it. Premium liquor, amazing restaurants, beach was lovely although super windy while we were there so swimming was touch and go. 10/10 nothing to improve on!!! "

" This was our first stay with SLS Playa Mujeres and it was exceptional! The staff, food and room were the best we’ve seen in the Cancun area. We have previously stayed at TRS, Majestic, Catalonia, Le Blanc, and Paradisus- and SLS definitely had the best food overall. We really enjoyed the elite benefits. From check in to check out, our stay went nearly seamlessly. Santiago at the elite check in area was so kind and personable. Vincente brought us our bags and took the time to show us our room and all the perks that came with the elite king rooftop room! The only hiccup we experienced was a dinner reservation that was made, and the restaurant ended up being closed. We were not notified of the closure and didn’t end up getting to do the hibachi experience. The staff was accommodating and was able to book us elsewhere. When it comes to the food, I honestly cannot understand any negative reviews. The food is exceptional. The steak house in particular had amazing cuts of meat that we have not been able to experience at other resorts. the menu at twiggy was fresh and delicious. Our server Oswardo at twiggy even remembered our drink orders days later. The service at the restaurants was fast and efficient, even during dinner time. Room service was also prompt- arriving at the exact estimated time. The Mexican restaurant felt like its own tailored experience. "We stayed one week at the adults-only section of Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres at the end of November and loved our experience. The dining options were excellent—delicious food, great quality, and plenty of variety. Multiple à la carte restaurants were easily accessible without reservation, each offering unique and tasty cuisine. The beach was clean and beautiful, and staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. A highlight was the complimentary pillow selection, ensuring comfortable rest. The entertainment program was engaging; you'll never be bored here. The spacious territory was thoughtfully planned, featuring attractive landscaping, multiple pools, and interesting indoor spaces. The rooms were modern, fresh, and high-quality. The bright lobby bar offered high-quality alcohol and delicious cocktails. Butler services added an extra touch of convenience. Uber was available at the location, making outings easy. We appreciated the comfortable checkout process: a waiting area with showers was available, and restaurant access continued until the day's end. Minor drawbacks were inconsistent room cleaning, as wet mopping was done only upon request, and sand occasionally remained in the room afterward. The spa seemed overpriced, so we didn't use it. Overall, it's a consistently great hotel with plenty to offer—we highly recommend it!"

"Great staff. Great for families too. Just wish they managed the towel saving on the seats at the pool a little more. If you didnt get a seat by 630am it was pretty tough to find a spot."
