"The property was beautiful and well kept. The ocean was beautiful with lounge chairs readily available. The service was impeccable. Every person made our experience special. All the personnel were attentive to our needs. Our room had everything we needed and was spacious. The food was well thought out and tasty. We made it our morning rounds to get lattes. The gym was very well equipped. Night time entertainment was lacking some but we were there mainly to relax."

"Just returned from a one-week stay at Excellence Coral, and I can honestly say everything was simply perfect! Resort Grounds & Layout: The layout of the resort is incredibly convenient. The lobby and restaurants are centrally located, making it easy to get around without a lot of walking—everything you need is just steps away. The grounds are beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. Room: We stayed in a Club Pool View suite and couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning walk-in closet, a beautifully designed bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for relaxing. Every detail was spot-on. Dining: The food across all the restaurants was consistently delicious. Pool & Beach: Both the pool and beach areas were fantastic. We especially loved the beach beds—they were extremely comfortable and available daily, which made relaxing by the ocean a breeze. Service: The service at Excellence Coral is truly next level. Every staff member we encountered was fast, friendly, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ricardo, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to address any concerns we had. "It’s a great resort. Staff is great and my brother and I had an amazing time. Just a heads up - even though it’s not a couple only resort, mostly couples were there. So, good for family vacations. We also kept asking for a divider for privacy in the room and bathroom but we never got one. Food was very average. The Indian restaurant served poor-quality Indian food. It wasn’t a deal breaker because location is amazing and staff’s friendly. Amazing access to the beach. "

"We had an amazing stay at SLS Playa Mujeres! The food was consistently delicious, and the service throughout the resort was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome at all times. The à la carte restaurants were a nice touch—not bad at all! We also loved how the hotel app made it super easy to request service or make reservations. Everything was smooth and convenient. Highly recommended!"
