"very clean, staff very helpful but there were several challenges that marred the stay 1. No info about the hotel amenities on TV channel 3- had to explore to see what is there or ask staff. 2. housekeeping didn't respond to 2 calls spaced n 2 hours apart for extra pillows - finally had to go to checkin counter to get service. 3.30 minutes free self parking isn't free when it takes 15 minutes to find a parking spot. Should be at least 45 minutes. All I was doing was stopping to pick up my wife...

"Great hotel, walk to Universal easy. However the things I didn't like... - price of parking $50 for one night. just wrap that cost into the room rate, and say you have free parking...people would be happier. - Starbucks coffee in lobby hours stink, not open half the time. - have to pay for Wifi...again, wrap that into the room rate. - the lobby area didn't feel "loungey" enough and the bar felt lame. They need to lively it up a bit."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very nice & clean with great staffing. It’s only couple of minutes walk to the venice beach. The only thing I have to say, be aware of parking fees. They don’t tell you in advance. After 3 days stay, I was surprised with over $300 parking fees!"
