It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. "The blankets of our bed were dirty, I went to the lobby to speak with the staff and they gave me the sheets to change it by myself, I had no problem but I was expecting a litlle help since the stain was pretty big and visible. There is a subway really near to this hotel, however, you have to walk through two stations to get in the most used lines (Ginza and Marunouchi)"
