"Doing a road trip from London to Lake District this was a perfect stop. 5-10 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes walk into the very pretty town of Lymm. Outstanding value: we got a lovely room (first shown had just a roof out our window but given another option on request with open view) Bed was a very comfortable Queen with outstanding bedding, bathroom had a soaker tub - shower (great for my 6'3" husband). "Brilliant loved it apart from no hot water for are 2 night stay witch took till check out to be sorted out even though we informed of the problem first night. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait "
