It was tough finding the venue and reception was awful … did not even tell me record my car registration … she was arrogant and ignorant Breakfast staff good … Food … poor quality and overpriced .. breakfast was cold

Overall a good stay
For the price my stay was good, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, small but tasty breakfast offering and use of the leisure facilities was ideal. Only negatives were that the hotel room doors slam really loudly which you can hear every time someone comes in and out of their room, not great when trying to sleep. The lift in the main hotel area is also not great, multiple times it arrived but wouldn't go anywhere, and when I first went up to my room it opened the door half way and shut again. I resorted to the stairs for fear of getting stuck!
