Great location for Knutsford. Parking was a little tight but doable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was wonderful. Enjoyed having use of the pool. Room accessibility for guests with mobility needs could be a little better. Fresh milk available as self serve on each floor for tea and coffee was a nice touch.

There was a wedding on and the guests were pretty drunk and some very sweary in the public areas. The staff arent paid enough to ask them to stop swearing so there should be more management presence to deal with unacceptable behaviour. Also, there were no wine glasses available in the bar as they had all been taken to the wedding. Come on Cottons, buy more glasses. Room was great, so was breakfast and the staff in all areas are really good. Will go back but not when there's a wedding

Room wasn’t very clean Rooms seemed a bit dated even though we were in a newly renovated one. They are stupidly strict about breakfast times even though breakfast isn’t busy. I think it’s terrible they charge to use the pool when you’re staying at the hotel
