"Noisy guests in room next door started partying at 2pm. Took three calls to front desk to address and a follow up discussion with management in the morning. They comped one night for the inconvenience. Otherwise beautiful hotel. Could use better restaurants and the loving at the one I attended in house was ridiculous. "

"The hotel is in a beautiful part of Jersey City, very near the Newport Path Station and within walking distance of Hoboken. The area is very well kept and felt safe. The hotel building was well kept as well, but the actual apartment we were in needs a major update. The closet doors were falling off the hinges, the drain plug in tub as completely out and broken, mini blinds were broken and the windows have no screen or mechanism to protect one from falling out. "Front desk staff were very friendly and we were greeted coming and going. Check-in was easy and quick. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was just okay. It fit the bill for what we needed. Room was ok. We had a tough time getting the right temperature-it was either too hot or too cold, so we were constantly adjusting it through the night. The bed was old and worn.
