"Room smells and roaches in room."

"Breakfast menu was very basic. No hot food. The rooms are connecting and you can hear every bit of conversation and TV sound from the next room. The reception is unattended most of the time. When you dial 0 to call the reception nobody is answering it. The lady who was in the reception was all over the place so we can’t find her all the time. She said she is doing a lot of things. Pool is dirty and not heated as advertised."

"Great bay view, great front desk help. Hotel was a definite 1 star only. Everything is dated OLD. Lots of repairs needed throughout room and property. Bedding was clean so no complaints there. Pricing was a little high for a 1 star hotel with limited amenities. Paying for the view."

"Booked on hotel.com they refuse to give me my refund they never sent me the second step to be able to get into my room and I have a newborn and a 1 year old after driving 8 to 10 hours from South Carolina would have really liked to be able to check into our hotel and not have to spend an extra $400 on another one but people had miscommunication and didn't do their jobs right and won't give us our money back"
