"The hotel was newly renovated top to bottom and gorgeous - lots of little details incorporated into the design. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was the pool, a smaller area, felt more like a day care than resort pool. There were more babies and small kids there than adults and the screaming, splashing, and bathroom accidents on the pool deck prevented us from really relaxing or being able to even use the pool. I think management will need to do something...
