"We had the most amazing stay for our wedding weekend! The house was absolutely stunning & we were shocked that every room looked much bigger in person than in photos (which is always a great surprise!!) This property has so much charm & all of our guests were very impressed! The pool is beautiful & there are plenty of things to do at the house alone. The beach access was right across the street & we enjoyed being able to take the bikes & golf cart around to see the area. We used the kayaks & paddle board provided in the garage & had a blast at the beach. We are so excited to plan to stay here again hopefully soon! Jason was an awesome host & extremely accommodating to all of our questions & very responsive when needed. The guest guide provided every instruction you would ever need and more as well as a ton of recommendations for the area. This is a great spot for a family or friends trip & we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!!"

"Samwise went out of his way to accommodate me. Unlike any other hotel that I’ve stayed in this is far from a hotel. It’s like staying in a bed-and-breakfast on the people that take care of you are like family.. Warren was especially wise and sweet… And answered all of my questions… During the mist of a hurricane in Tampa, where all the refugees are crowding in Santa Rosa Beach hibiscus house was reasonably priced, especially being in the location. It is in Grayton Beach… I can’t thank them both enough for what they did and helped me out during my time in need… If you’re ever in Santa Rosa Beach, I would recommend them first before renting any hotel. "

"What can I say about this property wow. It lived up to all the expectations with great location and all the amenities wrapped up in one package. Short walk to the beach or out the back door to the pool lets say we had options. Plenty of accommodations for our entire party of 10 adults. The pool house is a cozy and neat addition. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my firends. Thanks again. "
