"This exceptional upscale property is exactly as it appears in the photos. All of us loved the house. It exceeded most rentals in the detail provided to ensure a great stay. We appreciated the beach toys for the kids, the bikes for adults and the golf cart. The pool is such fun for all ages - the water features step it up from most pools. The very short walk (maybe 5 minutes at the most) to the beach was super easy and not the least deterrence to going to the beach. You have to cross 30A but there is a well marked cross walk and people are super considerate and stop right away. It felt like a fun procession of the family to the beach. We preferred this location to beachfront. The house is super quiet even during spring break and we all slept very well. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive. You won't find a better host. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can. Thank you for providing a place for precious family memories!"

"Our family of 4 (teen and big kid) had a great week at this unit. I could walk from the back door to the water's edge in 2 minutes and that's at a middle-aged mom pace. The path to the beach is all private boardwalk, no streets to cross so you can feel safe letting the kids go ahead. Everything was just as described. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and chairs. Having 3 king beds and 3 showers was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but there is lots to do within a short drive. I definitely recommend renting bikes as we could bike to many shops and cafes. We spent our time biking, walking the beach, playing in the ocean and going out to eat and it was the perfect area for that. Communication with the property manager was very timely and they offered lots of suggestions for the area. The only thing I would note is that there are a lot of stairs to navigate - stairs within the unit, stairs from the deck to the backyard, and stairs from the boardwalk down to the beach. That was no problem for our family but if you are traveling with someone who needs to consider that, it's good to know. "

"Our first visit to 30A was a very memorable vacation! We brought our 3 adult kids and 2 spouses. The Watersound West Beach gated community is private, quiet, and peaceful. Paradise Found is beautifully decorated and has a beach theme throughout. We instantly felt more relaxed when we arrived! The walk to the beach along the boardwalk in the morning is one of my favorite memories. Paradise Found is perfectly located near the community pool and the boardwalk. We rented two e-bikes from Emerald Coast Bike Rentals but there are plenty of beach cruiser bikes available at the house. The house has plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach umbrellas for enjoying the sand and sun! And the golf cart is great too! The kitchen is loaded with wonderful dishes, pans and everything you’ll need. We made several meals at the house and they had all the items that were required. The appliances are wonderful and easy to use. When we arrived, the house was spotless and we really appreciated the hard work of the cleaning team. Our kids loved the Big Chill (located in nearby Watersound). Publix is nearby in Watercolor. We enjoyed a morning at Seaside and the guys went golfing one morning in Destin while the girls went to the Shard Shop for an art class in Grayton Beach! We had a bonfire on the beach at Walton Dunes through Pirate’s Life, played cornhole, made s’mores, took lots of sunset photos and made a lot of memories! 30A and Paradise Found were the PERFECT combination!"

"Our family stayed in this house because my granddaughter got married on the beach nearby. It was a perfect day! The house had everything you could think of to cook with. We loved having the golf cart for riding around. We very much enjoyed the bicycles. They were so easy to ride. I would recommend this house to anyone as long as they can climb stairs. Everyone LOVED the heated pool and playing with the toys provided."
