"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! "This hotel was very convenient, close to the train station and easy to walk to various locations around Osaka. The room was comfortable. It was very noisy though and very busy. Sometimes it was hard to get service as there were so many people."

"The hotel is within walkable distance from shin- osaka station. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the size of the hotel room is commentable. Bonus is kids can see the shinkensen track from the window of our hotel room. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and we will surely come back again"

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji

"As my first time in Japan with my partner this hotel was our favorite in Osaka! It has a luxurious feeling within the hotel & room, everyone there were so very kind and welcoming! You are also very close to the main parts in Osaka 30min walking & i believe 10-15min in train "

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "

"Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka. "
