Safeway and many good restaurants in Alamo along with Starbucks, Peets, and a cool local coffee shop called Levers are all within easy walking distance. "We live nearby and needed a place to stay for a home renovation. The price was right and location was convenient. It’s fairly close to downtown Hayward and had nice views. Kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer were helpful. The neighborhood is just ok but we knew that going in. Host was responsive and professional."

"Came here for a one night getaway with my partner, but she got sick the day before so I ended up just going solo. It was a nice quiet place to relax, and the location is great. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. "We absolutely loved the place! It was very spacious and located in a great area where you can easily walk to fantastic restaurants and cozy coffee shops. The hosts were amazing—super helpful and kind. The only small challenge was finding the parking lot at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all."
