"Very nice, centrally located condo in Oakland off 580. Easy freeway access to go anywhere. Safe, secure building and very quiet. There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. The garage can be a little intimidating at first to get into the parking space but follow instructions to circle through the garage and then pull into the space. We fit our Jeep Gladiator into the space with no problem. The condo is very spacious and has everything you...

"A nice place, well kept, easy instructions. Might be tough for light sleepers during the school year as traffic outside can be a lot in the morning. Otherwise all is nice."

"This is a fabulous neighborhood. Great location. A few blocks from Golden Gate park. Beautiful (Safe) street. Best of all you can park in the garage!! In SF that is amazing!!Lovely 1 bedroom apartment, with large living room which has an extra bed, couch, table perfect for two. "Kitchenette" has sink, small refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, utensils, cutting board etc. Perfect for accommodating snacks and take out meals. You're not going to full on cook here...

"I was in town for a 4 day class at UCSF. This studio was perfect, spacious yet cozy, safe, wonderful bathroom with private sauna! Memory foam queen mattress. Only upgrade would be an electric skillet or some other cooktop to make more meals in the room. Mikhail was very accommodating and thorough. I will return in the future."
