"This was my third visit and I will be happy if I get the chance to stay here again. Helpful people, on the desk and on emails (thanks, Tetiana Krasnozhon!). There are places where a bit of maintenance is needed; the TV doesn't support BBC radio channels; the 'rainfall' shower head and lack of bathplug is difficult for those not wanting wet hair; and the kettle nook does present headbanging opportunities! "Amazing hotel that’s just a short walk away from dean village and a 15 min walk away from everything else. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Only downside was that the room smelt of damp for the first few days we stayed in it. "
