"The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay...

"Basic but comfortable small hotel. Very convenient for Heathrow. The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight. The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes. Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road. "
