"The property itself is okay, I had a few issues such as dust in the room, a tv that was not smart or working properly with normal tv, jacuzzi that was out of order, spa facilities that felt more like I was in a community centre and wifi that stopped working on our last day, however, once I told the staff about the issues with the tv and the room cleanliness, they turned it around for us overnight and cleaned the room to a high standard as well as offering us robes, slippers and a complementary...

"Basic but comfortable small hotel. Very convenient for Heathrow. The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight. The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes. Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road. "
