"We were in a room but next door was a very noisy dog who kept barking constantly. We asked to be moved and we were. We went in to our new room and we had no dressing gowns as promised when we paid for the room. After calling we were given one slightly sad looking dressing gown without a belt and actually rather grubby. Apparently this was all that was available!! Staff were friendly and polite but we definitely didn’t get the room we paid for or the extras. "

"Three houses joined to make one hotel. Off road parking to front. Had top attic room which was clean and spacious, nothing fancy but adequate, was only there to visit son and go to theatre so just parked car and left for day out, back for comfortable night sleep. Decent bathroom and shower. Used Tesco points so only cost £16 bargain. Would reccomend and stay again. Lovely staff. Thank you. "

"We stayed for 2 nights - the hotel is great as a base for going into London as it is close to 3 Tube stations. It is a little dated - but was clean with a good breakfast and helpful staff. In all - good value for money"
