"Heater was not working. Our room was freezing. Complain to front desk no one came. Came from dinner we complain again. Transfer to another room. Same issue heater not functioning.. staff gave us smalll portable heater. Our bed facing winding has big light which bothered us to sleep. Water jet in tub not working. So bad totally not happy "

"We stayed in Suite 4. Great spot on the water on the corner of the main building and right above the sauna. Felt very secluded. A few things: firewood was completely drenched so we gave up having a fire after trying for an hour. There was an intermittent sewage smell around the sink area in bathroom. Check-in wasn’t smooth. We didn’t receive an email or text with the door code until I both called and messaged the property, finally receiving it an hour past check-in time. But the location is stunning, sauna was amazing and the room was clean with a gorgeous view. "
