"Hot Springs pools were great. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was very warm. 26.5C when we arrived. I turned down to 16.5C and it came down to 22C even with having the window all the way open for 2 days. "

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. "Clean, and well decorated suite with a fantastic view of Harrison Lake and beautiful pines outside. Bed was comfortable, a nice long soaker tub in the bathroom was a nice touch. Convenient little kitchenette. Interesting property built on the edge of the lake with sloping gardens and paths. Quite pretty! Only negative is that we didn’t heard back from the manager on a special request until the night before our stay making it hard to plan our morning."
