"An e-registration was required by the hotel a day prior to arrival requiring a photo of your drivers license. Upon arrival the check-in desk had two people with one person having to take a very long time with one guest, making for a long wait. A dedicated e-checkin clerk would alleviate this. Both our key cards would not open our door. Luckily a very helpful maintenance man was able to let me in the room and came back with a machine to fix our key cards.
