"Disappointing to arrive and discover one hot tub closed and no steam room as spa area closed due to storm damage. Nothing mentioned during booking. Now charging BC residents to park. Still a beautiful hotel but currently (Mar 2025) experiencing some challenges after a wild, windy winter. All to be resolved by summer?"

"Property is in a very good location. Very peaceful. Needs a little renovation. I would be happy to see more veg food options on the menu. But overall loved it. My only complain is that upon check out I had asked for an email copy of my receipt, never ever received it. Called the property couple of times. I gave up. "
