"No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. "An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. "Most everything was GREAT. Staff was eager to help, services/amenities were as advertised. "Pros: Superb room size. Good food. This hotel serves one of the best Salted coffee in Hanoi i have tasted so far. Its location is very near Times City for its parks and mall; it is also near good restos like Maison Sen and Porjai. Cons: our room at rhe 15th floor and even the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, although claimed to be a non-smokiing place. Hotel breakfast foods had a very few variation everyday. "
