"Great Value. Impressive hotel. Built in 2002 as a 5 Star it is showing its years and the 5th star is a bit shakey. Staff are great with a stand out team member on most shifts. Download Google Translate before you go. Short walk to Aeon Shopping Plaza. Across the road (pedestrian tunnel) from Metro station. 10 minute walk to a small plaza of restaurants down Kouan Ave. Not really a tourist district. Were there primarily on business. "I booked a Luxury Double Room but was given a Multi double room. The multi double room is old and unwelcoming. I had to approach the unfriendly lady receptionist to confirm my booking. After checking she reassigned my room to the 25th floor, which is the luxury double room. Need to remind receptionist that I had breakfast included in my room rate. "I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....
