" I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Foshan and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, especially by Jessie Shen at the reception. Her warm hospitality and professionalism stood out, especially when we had specialized requests . She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and comfortable, handling every detail with care and a genuine smile. Her assistance set the tone for a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were very pleasant – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room provided a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Situated in a convenient area, it’s close to several halal food options, which was a great advantage for us. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Foshan for its excellent service, well-appointed rooms, and strategic location. A special thanks again to Jessie Shen for making our visit so memorable!"

"Stay is OK just the breakfast food is the same for my 1 month of stay "

"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."
