"Based on the Hotels.com reviews we booked a one night stay at the Royal Inn Motel. The Hampton Inn, the Holiday Inn, and the Royal Inn Motel all received an 8.6 review rating, with the Royal Inn have more reviews than the other two. Based on the low price, $70 less than the Holiday and Hampton Inns, we assumed the Royal would provide a basic level accommodation, and it did. "The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."

"Host was accessible and accommodating. Affordable place to stop over on our journey up I-75. Unit was in an older apartment building, but the unit itself was nice. The area was a bit noisy if you are not used to street sounds. My husband slept no problem, I had a more difficult time. We didn’t use the kitchen. The bathroom has an older shower in it, but it did the job. Overall, it was good for a one night stay. The host was nice to allow us a later check out due to our late arrival. Thank you!"
