Housekeeping was terrible. The property has a 3 day housekeeping service policy , but day five, I still didn't receive service. I ask the front desk for service, and the housekeeper put fresh towels in the room and left, without making the bed, nor cleaning the bathroom. I complain again to the front desk after returning to the hotel. I was told I should have asked for full service. She walked in the room with the bed unmade, and hair in the sink, and not having clean when she was supposed to on day 3 . I would think that full service would be a no brainier. The following week the same issue, housing not cleaning. I had to get fresh sheets from the front desk, and make the bed myself. Apparently, they didn't have a housekeeper on staff in the evening. I left as soon as another hotel became available. Unfortunately, because of the limited availability of hotels, due to the hurricane, I was forced to stay there longer than I wanted to. The only good thing was not most of the staff were extremely friendly.
